Rachel Ross MS, RN,
Senior Project Manager

Rachel is a Senior Project Manager for the Michigan Surgical Quality Collaborative (MSQC) and Michigan Bariatric Surgery Collaborative (MBSC), where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing the quality of general and bariatric surgery care statewide. In this capacity, Rachel manages various aspects of both collaboratives, including serving as a key liaison for participating sites, ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and planning and executing collaborative initiatives and objectives.

With over 15 years of experience in project management, clinical nursing, and leadership, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge, and a diverse skill set to her work. She is deeply committed to advancing the quality and safety of patient care across the collaboratives.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Business and Health Systems, both from the University of Michigan.
