Thank you to all who participated in the MSQC Hysterectomy Care Pathway working session back in May. 

We always learn so much from the collaborative and appreciate your valuable input and feedback. The hysterectomy care pathway template is now available here.

This is intended to be a template of best practices that we have identified, that can be customized to fit the needs to your institution to standardize and improve patient care.
 
To help gauge the success of these efforts, we are hoping to gather some data about what your site currently has in place for some of the key elements in the pathway. We will do a follow-up survey in 6 months to a years’ time to document any changes made. This survey will only take a couple of minutes and can be completed here.

Vaginal Surgical Skills Training Session

Join us for a workshop running concurrently with the MSQC Conference in Detroit this October. On Thursday October 10, Payton Schmidt MD will lead a Fundamentals of Vaginal Surgery workshop, using surgical simulation practice to improve vaginal hysterectomy. Details here.

The workshop is free of charge, but does require pre-registration. (Registration for the full conference is not required, but highly encouraged!)
