Our Staff

Pam Racchi BSN, RN, Clinical Site Coordinator

Pam joined MSQC in May 2020.  A registered nurse with clinical experience in the critical care setting, she subsequently transitioned into healthcare quality where she has spent the majority of her career.  She initially worked in the quality department at Botsford Hospital for six years, and then moved to a quality management position with a Medicaid managed care plan.  Her experience also extends to the quality improvement organization setting with seven years at MPRO.  She returned to the acute care setting in a clinical informatics capacity, supporting the nursing department in the selection and implementation of an electronic health record, as well as other applications used by nursing.  Her most recent role has been at Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills as a Quality Improvement RN in the Clinical Outcomes department.

Her nursing degrees include an ADN from Schoolcraft College and a BSN from Madonna University.  She also maintains a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification. 

Pam’s primary responsibility at MSQC will be as a member of the clinical team, supporting data abstraction and quality improvement initiatives.
